We are looking for a strategic VP of Technology to head our engineering department and drive the technical evolution of our SaaS platform. In this leadership position, you will be tasked with architecting scalable, high-performance, and secure systems designed to accommodate product growth and a diversifying customer base.

Core Responsibilities:
Engineering Leadership: Direct, mentor, and strategically grow the engineering team.

System Oversight: Manage SaaS architecture, ensuring peak system performance and platform stability.

Technical Roadmap: Establish and execute the long-term technology vision for the organization.

Strategic Alignment: Work in tandem with Product and Executive leadership to ensure technical initiatives support broader business objectives.

Infrastructure Excellence: Guarantee platform scalability, high availability, robust data security, and regulatory compliance.

Candidate Requirements:
SaaS Expertise: Deep experience in the lifecycle of SaaS product development.

Leadership Background: A demonstrated history of managing and scaling technical teams.

Cloud Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure and architecture.

Scalability: Proven ability to scale platforms in response to rapid user growth.

Soft Skills: Exceptional decision-making, communication, and leadership capabilities.
