Skill Requirements:
- Strong experience in Java UI frameworks such as Swing, JavaFX, or Java-based web technologies (Spring, JSP, Thymeleaf).
- Experience with Zoom SDK, mesh networks, Ethernet protocols, or CCIU systems is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end libraries (React/Angular is a plus).
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, multithreading, and event-driven programming.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a distributed team.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Looking for an individual contributor who can manage tasks independently.
