This role is ideal for someone who can operate at an executive-search level when needed, while also rolling up their sleeves to deliver on critical non-executive hiring. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a recruiter who brings rigor, judgment, and strong execution to complex searches and who can flex priorities as business needs evolve and elevate our overall hiring bar.
