- Strong Python backend experience with at least one major framework (Django preferred; FastAPI or Flask acceptable).
- Strong background in API design and backend architecture.
- Experience building and maintaining large-scale applications.
- Excellence in database design, optimization, and data migrations.
- Ability to model complex business processes into elegant data structures.
- Comfort owning projects from start to finish.
- Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Clear written communicator with a strong preference for email over meetings
- Regular, effective use of AI tools to work faster and smarter
- Portfolio demonstrating structured, high-quality work
Bonus points:
- Experience building AI-powered tools (RAG, LLMs, etc.)
- Experience building ERP or CRM systems
