- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and core API using Python and FastAPI.
- Build and maintain robust and high-performance APIs to support our innovative SaaS platform.
- Implement ETL processes for efficient data integration and management.
- Leverage NoSQL databases for data modeling, administration, scaling, and optimization.
- Integrate AI-powered coding tools, continuous integration, and continuous improvement philosophies.
- Participate in paired programming sessions, providing feedback and mentorship.
- Establish best practices, documentation, and guidelines for robust and well-tested code.
- 200-210k base salary plus bonus, equity, benefits
- 8+ years professional Python backend development experience.
- Expertise in architecting and optimizing backend services.
- Strong experience with NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data management.
- Experience with continuous integration/deployment.
- Comfortable using AI-powered coding tools and established libraries.
- Strong understanding of software best practices and principles.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
