About the Role

We are a fast-growing product company building scalable, cloud-native platforms for global customers. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who can design, build, and scale high-performance applications across the stack.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Go or Python, deep hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, and a modern understanding of AI-assisted software development. You will collaborate with distributed global teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable product features.

Educational Qualifications

• B.Tech. (Bachelor of Technology)

• B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering)

• MCA (Master of Computer Applications)

Key Responsibilities

Backend Engineering

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Go or Python

• Architect RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

• Implement authentication, authorization, and secure API design

• Optimize application performance and scalability

Database Engineering (Must Have)

• Design and manage complex schemas in PostgreSQL

• Write optimized queries, stored procedures, and indexes

• Perform query tuning and performance optimization

• Implement data migration strategies and backups

• Ensure data integrity, security, and high availability

Frontend & Full Stack Development (Good to Have)

• Build modern user interfaces (React/Vue/Angular or similar frameworks)

• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs

• Ensure responsive design and performance optimization

• Collaborate closely with product and UX teams

AI-Driven Engineering (Mandatory)

• Use AI tools (GPT, Claude) effectively for:

  • Code generation and refactoring

  • Test case generation

  • Debugging and troubleshooting

  • Documentation creation

  • Architecture validation

• Demonstrate strong prompting skills for engineering use cases

• Integrate AI tools into daily development workflows

Collaboration & Global Delivery

• Work effectively with distributed teams across different time zones

• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews

• Communicate clearly in English (written and verbal)

• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and release cycles

Required Technical Skills

• 4+ years of full stack development experience

• Strong programming expertise in Go or Python

• Solid understanding of system design and scalable architectures

• Deep hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (must have)

• Experience building REST APIs and microservices

• Frontend development experience with modern JS frameworks

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker)

• Understanding of CI/CD and cloud deployment practices

• Experience with version control systems (Git)

Soft Skills

• Strong English communication skills

• Experience working with global/distributed teams

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to mentor junior developers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes-based deployments

• Exposure to Terraform or Infrastructure as Code

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Experience in performance-critical or high-transaction systems
