We are looking for a driven Sales Executive with strong experience in B2B sales and account management. The role involves acquiring new business, nurturing key accounts, and working closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions to enterprise and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new B2B customer acquisition through outbound and inbound channels

Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring retention and upsell opportunities

Understand client needs and position solutions accordingly

Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → pitch → negotiation → closure

Build long-term client relationships with CXO, procurement, and operations teams

Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM updates

Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to close deals

Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Requirements
-
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales and/or account management
-
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong experience in consultative or solution-based selling

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously

Comfortable working with CRM tools and sales dashboards

Self-starter with high ownership and execution mindset
Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling to enterprises, SMEs, or institutional clients

Exposure to technology, SaaS, data, logistics, or trade-related industries (nice to have)

Experience handling long-term contracts and repeat business
