We are looking for a driven Sales Executive with strong experience in B2B sales and account management. The role involves acquiring new business, nurturing key accounts, and working closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions to enterprise and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new B2B customer acquisition through outbound and inbound channels

  • Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring retention and upsell opportunities

  • Understand client needs and position solutions accordingly

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → pitch → negotiation → closure

  • Build long-term client relationships with CXO, procurement, and operations teams

  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM updates

  • Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to close deals

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales and/or account management

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong experience in consultative or solution-based selling

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and sales dashboards

  • Self-starter with high ownership and execution mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to enterprises, SMEs, or institutional clients

  • Exposure to technology, SaaS, data, logistics, or trade-related industries (nice to have)

  • Experience handling long-term contracts and repeat business
