Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Python/MATLAB Programmer to work on PhD research projects at Panacorp Software Solutions. This role involves algorithm development, data analysis, and implementing research methodologies using Python or MATLAB.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Python or MATLAB-based solutions for PhD research projects
• Work on algorithm development, mathematical modeling, and data analysis
• Assist in research programming, automation, and simulations
• Collaborate with research teams to analyze data and implement methodologies
• Debug and optimize code for performance and accuracy
• Prepare technical documentation and research reports

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Python or MATLAB (experience in at least one is mandatory)
• Experience with NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib for data analysis (if Python is primary)
• Knowledge of machine learning, AI, or deep learning (preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Ability to work on research-based projects and understand academic requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA

Experience: 1 – 5 years in Python or MATLAB development and research projects

BE/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1 – 5 years of experience in Python or MATLAB programming.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of algorithm development, mathematical modeling, and data analysis.
• Experience with NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib (for Python developers).
• Knowledge of machine learning, AI, or deep learning (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in research-based projects, simulations, and automation.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with academic research standards and PhD project requirements is an advantage.

Soft Skills:
