Help Build the AI-Driven Helpdesk for Our Ed-Tec platform, that Records travel whereabouts information for UK boarding schools and manages travel .

Flexible, part-time hours and long-term potential. You’ll take the lead on developing our AI-driven helpdesk system at I-GTM, integrating RASA with our existing tech stack including React, Twilio, FreeScout, and our internal APIs.

About the Project

The goal is to provide smart, secure, and responsive chatbot support for parents, schools, and transport teams and escalation to human agents (via FreeScout) when needed.

Set up a RASA development environment using Docker

Deploy RASA to Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) for production use

Integrate RASA with:

• React Create React App frontend via Botfront or similar
• Twilio for SMS & WhatsApp messaging
• FreeScout for handover to human agents
• Our existing REST API using secure, authenticated flows
• OpenAI or other LLMs for real-time user data enrichment and analysis
