Senior SDE | Full-Stack (MERN)

Location : BKC, Mumbai
Work Mode : - 5 Days WFO

Technical Skills: - React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, REST APIs, microservices, state management, performance optimization, cloud exposure.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (MERN) who is comfortable working across frontend and backend layers of a web application. The role is hands-on and focused on building, enhancing, and supporting scalable features. You will work closely with product, backend, and QA teams to deliver reliable solutions

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain web applications using React on the frontend and Node.js / Express on the backend
- Build reusable, maintainable UI components and backend services
- Design and consume REST APIs for frontend and backend integration
- Work with MongoDB for data storage, querying, and schema design
- Participate in developing and maintaining microservices-based components
- Handle application performance tuning and optimization at both frontend and backend levels
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and deliver features
- Write clean, testable code and participate in code review

Required Technical Skills :
- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
- Strong experience with React, including hooks and component-based architecture
- Solid backend experience with Node.js and Express
- Practical experience working with MongoDB in production
- Good understanding of RESTful API design and integration
- Experience with state management in React (Redux, Context API, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
