Come and Join a growing and dynamic IT company located in both great cities in the Philippines - Makati & Cebu Office Location: Chino Roces, Makati City, Philippines Individual contributorMedia Reputation Specialist IMain Job Function• Provide on-going online listening and alerting for the client • Manage and organize media monitoring data for accuracy Responsibilities• To monitor online news and social media conversations about the client, its competitors, and the industry • To provide timely alerts to the client of potential reputational risks • To manage and maintain the accuracy and organization media monitoring data, ensuring proper categorization, tagging, and storage for efficient analysis to support reputation management initiatives • To deliver end-of-day listening activity reports and facilitate calls to ensure seamless shift handovers • To assist in gathering relevant data for reputation analysis and monthly reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client objectives • To regularly collaborate with the Paris Reputation Management Team • To ensure the accurate and up-to-date management of internal trackers by regularly updating data • To coordinate with Lead and escalate issues according to a predefined process Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Literature, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field • Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret diverse information from multiple sources • Excellent report writing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and actionable insights • Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides) • Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams • Demonstrates accountability by taking responsibility for actions, decisions, and outcomes • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality results Nice to Have• Familiarity with media monitoring platforms (Sprinklr, Onclusive, Storyclash, etc) • Working experience with copywriting/proofreading • Previous experience working with international clients or foreign counterparts • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Basic knowledge of AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT to enhance productivity and streamline tasks • Basic knowledge of using JIRA, Confluence and Slack Values and personality• Open-minded and likes diversity • Reliability • Adaptability • Accountable • Integrity • Results-driven • Proactive • Team player • Creativity Work set-up and working hours:• 2:30pm - 11:30pm PHT Monday to Friday • Hybrid Setup Working at Datawords Philippines, you will enjoy:• Hybrid setup with hybrid allowance • Competitive Salary • Shift incentive • Health Insurance Policy with Dental, Optical and ComPsych coverage • Learning opportunities, access to Linkedin Learning courses • Local and International training/business trip opportunities • Vacation leave, Sick Leave, Offered Leave, Marriage Leave, Birthday Leave • Virtual and Onsite Health and Wellness Programs • Inclusive, Fun and Unique Datawords Culture where EVERYONE MATTERS!
