We are actively seeking a Head of Engineering to take charge of our technical operations and guide the evolution of our SaaS platform. This leadership role involves ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and built to handle increasing product demands and customer expansion.

Core Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team

• Oversee system architecture and ensure optimal performance and stability of the SaaS platform

• Develop and drive the company’s technical vision and long-term roadmap

• Partner with Product and senior leadership to align engineering initiatives with business strategy

• Safeguard platform reliability, uptime, security, and data protection standards

Qualifications

• Extensive experience working on SaaS-based products

• Demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams or large-scale projects

• Strong knowledge of cloud environments and scalable infrastructure

• Proven ability to scale systems as user demand grows

• Effective communicator with strong analytical and decision-making skills
