Role Overview

As a Fullstack Engineer, you will be the architectural backbone of our product development, bridging front-end user experiences with robust back-end systems. You'll be instrumental in creating scalable, intelligent applications that solve real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React and Python
• Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences
• Develop and optimize back-end services with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to transform innovative ideas into production-ready features
• Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS or Google Cloud
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in fullstack development with AI, web, and cloud technologies
• Strong proficiency in React for front-end development
• Expert-level Python programming skills
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud)
• Solid understanding of software development best practices and design principles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced hybrid work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing technology or EdTech industries
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines
