Role Overview
As a Fullstack Engineer, you will be the architectural backbone of our product development, bridging front-end user experiences with robust back-end systems. You'll be instrumental in creating scalable, intelligent applications that solve real-world business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React and Python
- Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences
- Develop and optimize back-end services with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to transform innovative ideas into production-ready features
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS or Google Cloud
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in fullstack development with AI, web, and cloud technologies
- Strong proficiency in React for front-end development
- Expert-level Python programming skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud)
- Solid understanding of software development best practices and design principles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced hybrid work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing technology or EdTech industries
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines
