Job Summary
We're looking for a skilled web application developer to take a lead role in developing our core platform and occasionally deliver custom integrations for clients. This is a unique opportunity to influence product direction and build from the ground up.
What You’ll Do

Primary development of our core web application

Occasionally help tailor integrations for enterprise clients

Contribute across the full technology stack: backend, frontend, and everything in between

Work autonomously and take ownership of delivering high-quality, working software on tight timelines

Help shape technical and team decisions as we grow
Requirements
We're seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

Proven experience deploying at least one reasonably complex web application (not just simple CRUD apps) using Django or Laravel (latest two major versions), accessible to real users

Full-stack capability: Hands-on experience with backend (PHP or Python) and frontend (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) development

Strong grasp of core web development concepts

Self-driven and reliable: Able to deliver independently, without micromanagement
Not a Fit If You:

Have limited experience with HTML, JS, or CSS

Are primarily focused on full-stack JavaScript (Node + React-style)
-
Only have academic or project-based experience (exceptions made for outstanding candidates)

Are looking for a contract position (this is a full-time role)
