About the Role

Invaritech is hiring a junior-to-mid-level Full-Stack Software Engineer to work directly with founders on real production systems. This is a hands-on role focused on building, shipping, and learning fast.

You’ll work across the stack — React on the frontend and Python on the backend. You’re not expected to know everything upfront. What matters most is curiosity, reliability, and the ability to learn independently.

This role is designed as a growth path: you’ll start with guided feature work and gradually take on more ownership, with exposure to cloud, DevOps, and system design over time.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain user-facing features for web and mobile apps

• Develop and extend backend APIs, integrations, and data workflows

• Collaborate with designers and senior engineers to break requirements into technical tasks

• Write clean, maintainable code with basic tests

• Debug issues across frontend, backend, and integrations

• Work with relational and NoSQL databases (CRUD, basic queries)

• Use automation tools (e.g. n8n) to connect systems and reduce manual work

• Learn new tools and best practices as needed

Tech Stack (You don’t need to know everything)

• Frontend: React (Next.js), React Native, Tailwind CSS, GSAP
• Backend: Python, REST APIs, Serverless Functions
• Data & Automation: PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases, n8n
• Growth Areas: DevOps & CI/CD, Cloud Engineering, System Architecture

Requirements

Must-Have

• 0–2 years of professional experience or strong hands-on project experience

• Experience with a modern frontend framework (ideally React)

• Basic backend development experience (Python or similar)

• Basic understanding of SQL; willingness to learn NoSQL

• Strong curiosity and ability to learn independently

• Clear communication and reliability in a remote setup

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Next.js, React Native, or Tailwind CSS

• Familiarity with GSAP or other animation libraries

• Experience with n8n or similar automation tools

• Familiarity with Git and branching workflows

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
