Responsibilities:

• Design and develop full-stack features using Next.js
• Build responsive, accessible user interfaces with Material-UI components
• Implement and optimize database schemas and queries in PostgreSQL/Supabase
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and server-side logic
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS infrastructure
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability across the stack
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues across frontend and backend systems
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern ES6+ features
• Extensive experience with Next.js framework and React ecosystem
• Solid understanding of Node.js and server-side development
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and SQL query optimization
• Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Lambda etc.)
• Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Knowledge of web security best practices and performance optimization
  
  

Bonus Points:

• Experience in the education technology sector
• AI/ML experience: Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), machine learning frameworks, or data analysis libraries
• Familiarity with additional AWS services (CloudFront, API Gateway, Bedrock)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Sentry)
• Data skills: Experience with data visualization, analytics tools, or ETL processes
• Background in data science or statistical analysis
• Experience with emerging technologies and rapid prototyping
