Role Overview

As a Frontend Engineer, you will design and build rich user interfaces for our client-facing and internal applications. You’ll work closely with UI designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver responsive, accessible, and data-driven experiences using ReactJS and/or VueJS.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a ReactJS and/or VueJS single-page application for desktop and mobile devices.
• Build reusable, modular UI components using Modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS).
• Integrate real-time data streams (WebSocket/Server-Sent Events).
• Collaborate with backend teams to consume RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints, ensuring seamless data flow and error handling.
• Implement interactive charts and visualizations.
• Ensure UI/UX best practices: responsive layouts, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), internationalization (i18n), and RTL support.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests (Jest, Vue Test Utils, React Testing Library) to maintain code quality.
• Optimize front-end performance: bundle size, lazy loading, and code-splitting strategies.
• Participate in design reviews, pair programming, and agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience with ReactJS and/or VueJS in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS (Tailwind, Sass, or similar).
• Experience building and maintaining complex single-page applications (SPAs).
• Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, or Pinia).
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks and end-to-end testing (Cypress, Playwright).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of GraphQL and related client libraries.
• Experience with real-time UI updates via WebSockets or SSE.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for front-end (GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with accessibility tools and automated testing for WCAG compliance.
• Prior exposure to financial trading or data visualization projects.
• A basic understanding about capital markets and how they function.
