Now we’re hiring our Founding GTM Lead to own revenue and build the machine.
This is not a sales manager role.
This is a revenue architect role.
What You’ll Own
The company revenue number
Closing enterprise deals ($30K–$100K ACV)
Outbound architecture and ICP refinement
Sales playbook design
Multi-threaded enterprise selling
Hiring and mentoring the first AE
You will personally close deals while building a scalable system.
What Success Looks Like
Increase close rates from 20% to 30%+
Increase ACV beyond $75K
Reduce sales cycle from 6 to ~4 months
Build predictable outbound motion
Establish enterprise credibility in the US market
You’re a Fit If
You’ve closed $50K–$150K ACV SaaS deals
You’ve sold to US mid-market or enterprise buyers
You think in pipeline math and conversion levers
You can build outbound from scratch
You are comfortable selling technical AI products
You want ownership, not just quota
