Type: Short-Term Contract (Not Full-Time)
Budget: ₹40,000–₹60,000 for the entire 3–4 week build
Start Date: Immediate
About Stesh
Stesh is a decentralised P2P compute platform incubated under Trivash, designed to give developers across India instant, affordable access to GPU/CPU power without middlemen, inflated cloud costs, or waste.
We’re building a system where:
-
Users access compute on-demand at ~₹62/hr
-
Hardware owners earn passively by sharing idle systems
-
All jobs are monitored, scored, and run securely in isolated containers
We’re launching a 100-user closed beta, and we need a backend dev to help us ship the MVP.
What You’ll Build
-
Task/job matching system for computing jobs
-
Docker-based execution layer for sandboxed jobs
-
Monitoring + telemetry for energy usage and efficiency scoring
-
Backend orchestration in Python (FastAPI)
-
Performance modules in Rust (task runners, secure execution, etc.)
-
Optional: Blockchain-ready scaffolding for proof-of-compute or payments
Requirements
-
Strong experience in Python (FastAPI preferred)
-
Some experience or willingness to work with Rust
-
Proficiency with Docker, PostgreSQL, and Redis
-
Ability to design backend systems that go beyond simple web apps
Bonus
-
Worked on task queues, orchestration layers, or distributed systems
-
Knowledge of blockchain, ZK-proofs, or secure execution protocols
-
GitHub repos or real-world project links
Clarifying the Role
-
This is a freelance/contract role, not full-time
-
The total budget for this project is ₹40,000–₹60,000
-
Timeline: 3–4 weeks, focused purely on building the MVP
-
If it goes well, we may continue into a longer collaboration, but this is not a ₹60k/month job.
