What You'll Do:• Support daily operations across e-commerce and marketing workflows • Use GPT (ChatGPT or similar) to streamline tasks: content generation, brainstorming, email writing, research, and automations • Manage and update Shopify products, collections, and site content • Assist in setting up and analyzing campaigns in Klaviyo and Meta Ads • Work with Canva to help with basic visuals and marketing collateral • Take ownership of new tasks, figure out how to do them, and get them done well What We're Looking For:• 2+ years in an e-commerce, VA, or generalist role • Strong working knowledge of ChatGPT/GPT tools, with proven examples of how you've used it to improve workflows • Proficient with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Canva • Exceptionally resourceful — you know how to Google, self-teach, and problem-solve • Comfortable with async communication and independent execution • Strong written English and attention to detail
