Role: Techno-Sales Associate (Entry Level) – Pune & Coimbatore

We are looking for a Techno‑Sales person who is early in their career (intern / fresher / up to 1 year experience) and is equally comfortable with technology and communication. This role is ideal for someone who loves talking to people, can write clearly, and wants to grow into a high‑impact sales or customer-facing role in B2B tech.

Who you are

  • Recent graduate or final-year student (Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields preferred).

  • 1-2 year of experience in sales / pre‑sales / customer success / internships in tech or SaaS.

  • Excellent spoken English and Hindi (and regional language is a plus, e.g., Marathi/Tamil).

  • Strong written communication skills – can write clear emails, WhatsApp messages, and short proposals.

  • Comfortable explaining technical concepts in simple language to non‑technical people.

  • Curious about technology in manufacturing / automation / SaaS and willing to learn fast.

  • Confident, energetic, and comfortable talking to new people (on phone, video calls, and in person).

Key responsibilities

  • Learn our products and solutions deeply and explain them clearly to prospects and customers.

  • Make outbound calls, messages, and emails to prospective customers in assigned regions.

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, pain points, and current processes.

  • Schedule and coordinate demos, meetings, and site visits for the senior sales / technical team.

  • Prepare and share follow‑up notes, summary emails, and basic proposal drafts after meetings.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and status updates in CRM or tracking tools.

  • Support in creating sales collateral: short writeups, case-study drafts, and presentation inputs.

  • Collect feedback from customers and pass it to product and operations teams.

Skills and qualities we value

  • Strong communication: clear speaking, active listening, and professional writing.

  • Basic comfort with technology: Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, email tools, CRMs.

  • Ability to quickly understand new products, workflows, and customer use cases.

  • High ownership mindset – follows up consistently and closes the loop.

  • Discipline in documenting work and keeping data up to date.

  • Willingness to travel locally for meetings or customer visits when needed.
