Role: Techno-Sales Associate (Entry Level) – Pune & Coimbatore
We are looking for a Techno‑Sales person who is early in their career (intern / fresher / up to 1 year experience) and is equally comfortable with technology and communication. This role is ideal for someone who loves talking to people, can write clearly, and wants to grow into a high‑impact sales or customer-facing role in B2B tech.

Who you are
-
Recent graduate or final-year student (Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields preferred).

1-2 year of experience in sales / pre‑sales / customer success / internships in tech or SaaS.

Excellent spoken English and Hindi (and regional language is a plus, e.g., Marathi/Tamil).

Strong written communication skills – can write clear emails, WhatsApp messages, and short proposals.

Comfortable explaining technical concepts in simple language to non‑technical people.

Curious about technology in manufacturing / automation / SaaS and willing to learn fast.

Confident, energetic, and comfortable talking to new people (on phone, video calls, and in person).
Key responsibilities

Learn our products and solutions deeply and explain them clearly to prospects and customers.

Make outbound calls, messages, and emails to prospective customers in assigned regions.

Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, pain points, and current processes.

Schedule and coordinate demos, meetings, and site visits for the senior sales / technical team.

Prepare and share follow‑up notes, summary emails, and basic proposal drafts after meetings.

Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and status updates in CRM or tracking tools.

Support in creating sales collateral: short writeups, case-study drafts, and presentation inputs.

Collect feedback from customers and pass it to product and operations teams.
Skills and qualities we value

Basic comfort with technology: Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, email tools, CRMs.
