Project Coordination ResponsibilitiesThese focus on managing SAP implementation or training projects: • Assist project managers in planning and executing SAP projects • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Coordinate between functional teams (SAP consultants, developers, trainers, business users) • Schedule meetings, training sessions, and workshops • Maintain project documentation (plans, status reports, risk logs) • Monitor progress and report issues or delays • Ensure resources (trainers, materials, systems) are available on time Focused on enabling end-users to understand and use SAP systems: • Deliver SAP training sessions (online or classroom-based) • Train users on modules like: • SAP FICO (Finance) • SAP MM (Materials Management) • SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) (depends on your specialization) • Create training materials: • User manuals • SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) • Quick reference guides • Conduct hands-on training and system demonstrations • Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback • Support end-users during and after training (post-go-live support) • Assist in SAP testing (UAT – User Acceptance Testing) • Help users understand business processes in SAP • Troubleshoot basic SAP issues during training • Coordinate with SAP consultants for complex problems Requirements• Knowledge of SAP modules (FICO/MM/SD/HCM etc.
