About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Analyst who enjoys digging into data, spotting trends, and turning insights into meaningful product improvements. If you love understanding how users behave and can translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for the team, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Design teams to understand business goals.

• Analyze product performance, user journeys, and feature adoption.

• Build dashboards and prepare regular reports to track key metrics.

• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities using data.

• Support A/B testing by setting up experiments and interpreting results.

• Provide actionable insights to help shape the product roadmap.

• Maintain data accuracy and ensure clean, reliable reporting.

• Stay updated on industry trends and share relevant learnings with the team.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.

• Bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 college.

• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data tools.

• Ability to tell a story with data and present insights clearly.

• Good understanding of product metrics and user behavior.

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

• Curious mindset, strong problem-solving attitude, and high attention to detail.
