WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON• Handling KYC requests • Requesting KYC documents from clients • Monitoring deadlines and statuses of KYC and related cases • Gathering information related to chargebacks, fraud cases, and partner-related issues • Requesting additional details from clients or partners as needed • Processing refunds upon request from merchants or internal teams • Requesting and managing end-user documentation WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE• Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a similar role is a plus • Experience in fintech or payment solutions is an advantage • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure • High level of responsibility and attention to detail • Fluency in Russian and at least B2 level of English WHAT WE OFFER• An opportunity to make something great even greater, you can be the reason why we grow, develop, and become the best fintech company on the market!
