This is a full-time, on-site role for a Node Backend Developer located in Bengaluru. The Node Backend Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend solutions, implementing robust APIs, and collaborating with front-end teams to ensure seamless integration. The role also involves performing software testing, debugging, and optimization, along with following best practices in backend development and participating in architectural discussions. Candidates will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions for retail technology systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Strong understanding and application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Experience in Programming with JavaScript and frameworks like Node.js
• Basic understanding of Front-End Development to collaborate effectively with the front-end team
• Problem-solving and analytical skills in designing scalable and maintainable architecture
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team setting in Bengaluru
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the retail technology industry is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and database management is an advantage
