We are looking for a skilled and proactive Network Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the organization’s network infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide technical support to internal teams/users
- Ensure network security and implement updates when required
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with network devices and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
