We are building customized routers ,Your role is to weaponize the 802.11 broadcast layer. You will be responsible for the core firmware that allows our hardware to be used in enterprises

• Custom Firmware Development: Design and maintain a custom, lightweight OpenWrt/Lede build for ARM-based chipsets (MediaTek/Qualcomm).

• SSID Modulation Engine: Develop the logic to broadcast multiple virtual SSIDs and rotate them via <code>hostapd</code> without dropping the radio interface.

• Signal Optimization: Fine-tune beacon intervals and RSSI thresholds to ensure our SSID consistently ranks at the top of the user's Wi-Fi list.

• Edge Analytics: Implement high-performance, privacy-first data hashing (Salted SHA-256) of probe requests at the hardware level

• Expertise in C/C++ and Lua/Python for embedded environments.

• Deep knowledge of 802.11 protocols: You should know the difference between Management, Control, and Data frames in your sleep.

• Experience with <code>hostapd</code> and <code>wpa_supplicant</code>: You must be comfortable modifying these at the source code level.

• Kernel Knowledge: Experience with Linux kernel networking stack and driver development (ath9k, ath10k, or mt76).

• Hardware Familiarity: Experience working with UART, JTAG, and flashing bricked boards.

• Previous experience at a networking hardware company (Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus).

• Contributions to the OpenWrt or DD-WRT open-source communities.

• Understanding of MAC Randomization bypass techniques for persistent device identification.
