Prayaan Capital is an AI-native NBFC (RBI-registered, Peak XV-backed) building lending infrastructure for small businesses in India. We're hiring a BackEnd engineer to join an early, small engineering team in Bangalore.

What you'll build:

• Origination workflows, KYC orchestration, payment and collections APIs in Node.js (NestJS) or Java
• Design and build Digital Extensions to expand the Mobility to WhatsApp and other channels 
• Design innovate Exit and Entry hooks to facilitate an Event based system
• Fast processing engines for building Reports, Analytics, Data-lakes (ETL / ELT)
• Use GenAI as coding levers and also as Domain Specific Functional Engines to build key business components

Tech-Stack

>> Dev: Python / Java / NodeJS ; RDBMS (Postgres / mysql / Oracle 19+); MongoDB (Vector DBs are an additional value add)

>> Hosting: AWS (Preferred) / Azure / GCP | Ability to deploy codebase into Lambda / Elastic bean stack / Other containers  

>> DevOps / DevSecOps: Understanding of git, jenkins, SAST, DAST

>> QA/Testing: Understanding of built-in testpackets to facilitate quicker rollout (While not mandatory, this will help you standout)

>> Orchestration: n8n / flowise / langflow / or any other bpmn  (While not mandatory, this will help you standout)

>> Any one from 1.5 - 5 yrs exp associates can apply
