Role Overview
We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with strong frontend expertise to contribute to the development and scaling of an enterprise platform. The role focuses primarily on building high-quality product interfaces while also contributing to APIs, integrations, and platform readiness for enterprise deployments. The ideal candidate combines strong UI engineering skills with solid backend fundamentals and experience working on data-driven SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities Product UI Development (Primary) • Develop and maintain modern web application interfaces using React. • Build dashboards, workflow screens, and administrative interfaces. • Implement responsive layouts, performance optimizations, and consistent UI patterns. • Create interactive data visualizations including charts, tables, filters, and reports. API Integration & Development • Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and external services. • Implement robust authentication flows, error handling, retries, and data transformations. • Contribute to API design standards such as versioning, pagination, and reliability patterns. • Build integration-heavy workflows using webhooks and event-driven patterns. Platform & Enterprise Readiness • Support improvements related to security, reliability, and auditability. • Assist with data architecture evolution and database migration planning. • Contribute to cloud readiness initiatives, including environment configuration and deployment processes. • Support operational readiness with monitoring and observability basics.

Required Skills • Strong experience with React and modern frontend development patterns. • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern engineering practices. • Experience integrating REST APIs in production applications. • Strong UI engineering skills, including: o Component architecture o Responsive design o Performance optimization • Solid understanding of backend concepts and data models.

Preferred Skills • Experience with TypeScript. • Backend development experience with Node.js / Express or similar frameworks. • Experience building data-heavy applications (analytics dashboards, reporting tools). • Strong understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred). • Familiarity with MongoDB or document-based databases. • Experience with React Query / TanStack Query or similar data-fetching tools. • Testing experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress. • CI/CD and environment management experience.

Nice to Have • Experience with database migrations (NoSQL → SQL). • Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud environments. • Familiarity with observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing). • Knowledge of CDN/WAF solutions such as Cloudflare. • Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture. • Docker and containerization fundamentals.

Ideal Candidate Profile • 5–8+ years of software engineering experience. • Proven experience delivering production SaaS applications. • Comfortable working with integration-heavy systems and complex data flows. • Able to make pragmatic architecture decisions and improve existing codebases.

Success Criteria (First 90 Days) • Take ownership of key product UI components and workflows. • Improve reliability and quality of API integrations. • Contribute to platform readiness initiatives, including security and architecture improvements. • Assist with data and infrastructure evolution planning.
