Role Overview

 We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with 6+ years of experience to manage, optimize, and scale our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker, and will play a key role in building reliable, secure, and high-performing systems.

 Key Responsibilities 

• Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability using observability tools
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and system architecture
• Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and cost optimization
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform/CloudFormation)
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement preventive measures
• Manage logging, monitoring, and alerting systems

 Required Skills & Qualifications 

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch)
• Kubernetes (K8s) for orchestration
• Docker for containerization
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and system architecture
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture

 Good to Have

• Experience working with SaaS platforms or utility/fintech domain
• Exposure to Azure or multi-cloud environments
• Knowledge of service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
• Experience with database performance tuning and scaling
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
