AI Automation Engineer (4–5 Years Experience)

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Automation Engineer who can bridge data, hardware, and intelligent workflows. You will help build the automation backbone behind Spectra (our AI-powered observability + automation infrastructure) and Servy (our intelligent service-ops platform).
Your work will directly power how machines, equipment, and field operations run in the real world.

What You’ll Do

• Design AI-driven automations that connect ERP/CRM/POS/inventory systems with machines, equipment, and robots.

• Build and optimize data pipelines for ingestion from APIs, IoT sensors, PLC/CNC controllers, and enterprise software.

• Prototype copilots, bots, and decision-support systems to improve post-sales, deployment, maintenance, and service workflows.

• Convert customer pain points into rapid proofs-of-concept, then scale them into Spectra + Servy modules.

• Implement observability, benchmarking, and predictive analytics across operations and field environments.

• Work closely with product, engineering, and field teams to ensure every solution solves real operational problems.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years of experience in automation engineering, data engineering, or AI-driven integration.

• Strong programming skills (Python / JavaScript) with experience in APIs, microservices, data models, and workflow design.

• Knowledge of machines/equipment/robots and hardware–software interfacing (PLC, CNC, IoT gateways, OPC-UA, Modbus, MQTT, etc.).

• Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, Make, Node-RED, LangChain, Retool is a strong plus.

• Familiarity with observability, monitoring, telemetry, and event-driven architectures.

• Ability to operate fast in customer-facing environments, shipping functional solutions that demonstrate value quickly.
